Privacy, Security, Peace and Quiet in a northwoods, river front setting just minutes from all the attractions and excitement of the World Famous Wisconsin Dells.

Our History
Construction and sales started in 1979. Original Homeowner's Assoc. and Board formed in 1982. Full control of association and Board established in 1988.

Since 1988 the Association and Board have been on a continual process of upgrading and improvement of the Dells Club.

Our Progress
Today's Board of Directors is made up of retired, or semi-retired professional people who own or owned and operated their companies and/or successfully managed a business. All Board of Directors live here either full or part-time.

This expertise and commitment have resulted in such outstanding amenities as direct contact with the Fire Department from our alarm system, low-temperature warnings to prevent freeze damage.
