The association owns, free and clear, the last 18 acres with 750' of river frontage on the north end of the original development.

We are now building 18 superb units on this spectacular property, consisting of six triplexes.

Goals
The long term outlook at The Dells Club is for a permanent or vacation home for families who love The Dells but want the scenic privacy of the woods and river along with an, "extended family" of friends and neighbors with the same values.

Our intent is not to have a water park or resort at our wonderful Dells Club!

Final Word
Many of our present owners have expressed interest in the new addition. We will be offering incentives to early buyers.
